Views of Satisfied Customers

In March 2008 we bought our first CITO nick grinder CG2. It is the great advantage of the device that the rubbering has not to be removed for grinding of the nicks. The handling works perfectly. We are fully satisfied with the investment and have even bought two more devices in the meantime.

Norbert Noll, plant manager

Wellpappenfabrik (corrugated board factory) Sausenheim

We have in use the CITO nick grinder CG2 and have been very satisfied from the beginning. By the special attachment the rubber profile is suppressed during grinding and thus not damaged or ground through. So the running capacity of the diecutter is optimized. The appropriate diamond grinding discs are much better than the stone grinding discs. CITO’s price-performance ratio has convinced us here!

Mr. Behring, director Messrs.

Wiese-Behring GmbH

To set the suitable nicks is a deciding factor for the speed of the diecutter. Therefore we decided for the purchase of a CITO nick grinder CG2 with an attachment for corrugated board. It is the greatest advantage of this device that the cutting rubber is suppressed during grinding and is thus no longer ground through. A further advantage is that our employees are not forced to breathe in rubber grinding dust bad for their health. The nick grinder hangs beside the diecutter and is so used specifically.

Jörg Schrempp, production manager Messrs.

Nestler Wellpappe (corrugated board)

The CITO nick grinder CG2 is in use with us daily. The precise grinding of nicks enables us to let our machines run at higher speed. Moreover we find the nick grinder good as here the rubber is only pressed down and not damaged.
